The summer style country house surrounded by a beautiful plot full of lemon and orange trees invites to enjoy a relaxing stay in total peace and privacy. Every morning you can go outside and revel in the first sun beams while breezing the pure countryside and fresh grass air. Then, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and climb to the sun deck to sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers while admiring the views to the fields. The barbecue will be ready to end your day spectacularly! Inside, the house surprises with a total modern and renewed style. A spacious air-conditioned area welcomes you, with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all together. The comfy sofa is perfect to sit and watch TV or just rest after a succulent banquet. The kitchen has a ceramic top, oven and all you need to cook during your vacation. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A small corridor leads to the two bedrooms, both with a closet. One has a double bed, AC and an en-suite shower bathroom. The oher has twin beds, a fan and an electric heater. There is a second bathroom also with a shower for the rest of the house. Finally, we can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The surroundings of this accommodation are perfect for those in search of a rural as well as peaceful vacation far away from the stress of the everyday life. However, the town of Llucmajor is about 5 km away, about 5 minutes driving to reach the town centre where you will find all needed services like restaurants, cafes sand supermarkets.The nearest beach is the one of s'Arenal about 11.8 km away, although the area boasts great beaches and rocky coves that are worth a visit. The annexed stone building is not available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
