Holiday Finca in a forest in the quiet residential area of 'Las Palmeras', very close to Cala Blava and five minutes from El Arenal and the beach of Palma, located in a very quiet and absolutely private environment.

This comfortable country house is distributed on one floor as follows:A large living room with a large glass window with pool view, and exit to the veranda with a large table large fully equipped kitchen with appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc..From the living room you can reach the bedrooms via a corridor, there are 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower, all with air conditioning by heat-cold pump and ceiling fans, the layout of the beds is 4 bedrooms with two single beds and another with double bed, plus a guest toilet, In the windows of the rooms there are mosquito nets.

The airport of Son Sant Joan and Palma is 15-20 minutes away by car.

The beach of Cala Blava is only 4,7 km away from the property, the golf course of Maioris 4,7 km away and the Arenal 5 km away.
