There are several sun loungers for you to relax on and you can cool off in the outdoor shower or the pool. Due to its large area, the property offers space for the activities of several generations: While some want to relax, others can romp around undisturbed. In addition to the light blue tiled swimming pool, the house has various outdoor tables and chairs set up in small alcoves, making it the perfect place for family meals. Villa Can Ballester is picturesquely situated in the municipality of Llucmajor. The property is surrounded by fantastic countryside and the village of Llucmajor is only 7.5 km away. You can easily walk through these beautiful surroundings and do your daily shopping in Llucmajor. Due to its central location, you can not only drive to Palma, 20 km away, to see the sights, but also visit one of the many beaches within a few kilometres. You therefore have the choice between the pool at the villa or the nearest beach, Platja de Sa Rapita, approx. 13 km away.
