The farm is located in the center of Mallorca, in a very quiet area, very close to the town of Lloseta.The exterior is very well cared for and maintained, with a large private pool, with 2 sun loungers and a table with chairs to enjoy the pleasant Mallorcan climate.This cozy country house is decorated with great care, clad in stone and preserving the original materials. A cozy covered terrace at the entrance of the house provides shade and invites you to enjoy pleasant evenings and barbecues thanks to the small outdoor shed with a special charm.The interior of the house is tastefully decorated in a rustic style. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and is very spacious. From the kitchen, there is also direct access to the pool area.The living room and one of the three bedrooms have air conditioning and are oriented towards the northeast, so even in summer, the ambient temperature is pleasant. In total there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with shower. Additionally, pool towels are provided for all guests in addition to the bath towels.The property is very well located, it is quiet and is only 6 km from the beautiful Tramuntana mountains. The town of Lloseta can be easily reached on foot.
