On the ground floor, the generous living and dining area serves as the heart of the villa, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended purely for decorative purposes, as well as satellite TV, digital TV, air conditioning, and electric shutters. Direct access from this level leads out to the patio and the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms are available, each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and each offering direct access to the patio and swimming pool. The large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and features a central cooking island, a dining table, an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
