Beautiful and comfortable house with private pool and beautiful views to the sea. It is located in a quiet and familiar area, 100 m away from the community pool and approximately 15 minutes walking to the beach.

The bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, pillows and blankets. Linen, bed linen and towels can be rented.

House Maria can be occupied with a person more (setting bed or sleep couch) with extra charge.

KITCHEN

Completely equipped kitchen with tableware,induction cooker and electric oven,coffee machine (drip style), fridge with freezer, dish-washer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful places of the Costa Brava, 3 km from the bustling Lloret de Mar and 12 km. from the romantic fishing village Tossa de Mar. Steep coast and sandy beaches. Surrounded by mountains, pine forests and oaks; the situation is very calm.

In the center of the Cala Canyelles urbanization there is a restaurant, bar, tennis court. Nautical club with mooring rentals, diving center, ski school, windsurfing, kayaking, sailing and other water activities. It’s posible to rent umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, cars for rent, horse riding, ticket for excursions and in the vicinity various golf courses and pitch on putt.

Outside of high season the offer of the different activities offered in the area may be more limited.

The arrival must be between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. The arrivals between 20:00 and 24:00 must be notified by phone 2 hours before.

The reception of the clients will take place at the Playa Arena office located in the Cala Canyelles urbanization. In the office, registration and payment procedures will be formalized. Then we will go with you personally to the accommodation, we will explain in detail the characteristics of the house and we will give you the keys.

The Exit must be made before 10:00. One day before your departure, come to the office to arrange a home inspection.

The final cleaning does not cover that the house has to be returned in proper condition: basic cleaning, clean and tidy dishes in the cupboards, leave sheets and towels folded next to the entrance door of the house and deposit the garbage in the corresponding containers. If the house is not in this state, an extra service will be applied that will be deducted from the deposit.
