This two-story property features a living room, kitchen, 9 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 17 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and the living room. Outside, you’ll find a private area with a pool, garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue.



The villa is close to Canyelles Beach, with easy access to Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Girona, and Barcelona. Four parking spaces are available on the property, plus free street parking. The property is available only to families or groups of couples over 25 years old. Children are welcome. Groups of young people of the same gender or guests under 25 are not accepted. Private events are not permitted. Up to two pets are allowed for an extra fee. Towels and bed linens can be provided for an extra fee. The property offers a convenient self check-in system. Upon arrival, guests must pay the tourist tax and complete the check-in process. Please note there may be government water regulations during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage.
