This very spacious 9-bedroom villa accommodates 17 people and has a private pool and stunning views over the azure Mediterranean. Villa La Venta is situated in a quiet street in a residential area, with only local traffic. Your car can be safely parked on private property. Villa La Venta offers lots of privacy and is located just 4500 metres from the beach, which makes this villa an ideal holiday destination for large families with children who are looking for rest and relaxation.
 
Villa La Venta is situated above street level and occupies a living space of 325m2. The entrance is on the first floor and as you enter the house through the front door you step in to the fully furnished, contemporary living room which, among other things, includes cable TV and a fireplace. On this level you will also find the fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the second floor there are 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. From the living room and from 3 of the bedrooms you have direct access to the large balcony. The functionally decorated interior of the villa is light and has a cosy, typical Spanish atmosphere. Villa La Vente also offers free Wi-Fi!
 
In front of the villa, adjacent to the terrace, is a beautiful private pool with stunning views over the sea, where the whole family can enjoy a refreshing dip during the hot summer months. The beautiful covered patio allows for delicious al fresco dining under the setting sun. All this, together with the landscaped garden and stone barbecue, will allow you to fully experience true Spanish outdoor living.
 
Your villa’s surroundings 
Villa La Vente is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
 
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
 
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. Given the mild climate, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
 
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.


Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
