Your holiday villa near Lloret de Mar
This completely freestanding 3-bedroom villa with private swimming pool and own parking area is situated on a quiet road in a residential area, with only local traffic. Because of the secluded location, this villa is extremely suitable for families.
 
Villa Abanico has a total living space of 111m2 and the entrance can be found on the first floor, at street level. Here you will find the furnished living area, the open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The interior of the villa is light and has a cosy, typically Spanish ambiance. The living area features satellite TV and an open fireplace. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with many mod cons including a 4 burner hob, fridge, toaster, microwave, oven and washing machine. From the living room, the open-plan kitchen and one of the bedrooms, there is direct access to the spacious balcony.
 
The private swimming pool is situated at the front of the villa, together with a beautifully landscaped garden complete with terrace, a stone barbecue and a lawn where you can enjoy the lovely Spanish sunshine. With the beach just 1200 metres away, this is the ideal holiday villa for the whole family!
 
The gardner of the villa will pass every 2, 3 days to tend the plants. 
 
 
Your villa’s surroundings
 
Villa Abanico is located in the Spanish Costa Brava region, and can be found a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Port Bou near the French border. Due to its ideal location, the Costa Brava is a very popular destination for tourists who go on holiday by car.
 
In several fishing villages in this region you can still find remains from Roman times, with the showpiece being the castle of Tossa de Mar. The Romans, in their time, had already noticed that the “Rugged Coast”, i.e. the Costa Brava, was a perfect place to stay.
 
The Costa Brava enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate which ensures that in the winter months the temperature rarely drops below zero degrees, while in summer it is around 30 degrees. As the climate is mild, it is possible to enjoy the extraordinarily beautiful rocky coastline and the various sandy beaches that the Costa Brava offers at all times of the year.
 
The extremely hospitable and friendly nature of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful wooded surroundings and the varied cuisine, ensure that the Costa Brava is a holiday region which has much to offer its visitors.



Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
