The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, and washing machine. This floor also features a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, the second apartment has a large living room with TV and access to a terrace offering mountain views.

Outside, the property offers a beautiful and private outdoor area with a swimming pool, a built-in barbecue, and plenty of garden space. The shady terrace provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing by the pool. Parking is also available on-site. With 1,700m2 of land surrounding the 120m2 house, the property provides ample space for family activities and relaxation.

Please note that this villa is exclusively available for families, with reservations for groups of young people under 35 years of age not allowed. Pets are accepted only upon request, with a supplement. Wi-Fi is available for an additional charge, and sheets and towels are not included, but can be provided for a fee.
