Nearby, picturesque New Quay has a lovely harbour, fabulous sandy beaches and a fine selection of restaurants, shops and cafes. A little further along is Aberaeron, famous for the colour palette of its harbourside buildings whilst the market town of Llandysul is close by and has independent shops and eateries to enjoy. On entering this stylish property, guests will come first to the spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers a sociable spot to prepare food and dine, with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The lounge area has comfortable seating and is perfect for switching on the Smart TV and flicking through the channels or perhaps catching up on your favourite DVD. There is a bright, relaxing king-sized bedroom on the upper floor and a twin room with two single beds. There is also a shower room with shower and WC.

Wander outside and go to the side of the property and soak up the sounds of the countryside, taking coffee or enjoying evening drinks on the furnished patio, or light up the BBQ or the pizza oven and after a busy day exploring sit back and relax in the hot tub. There is off-road parking for two cars.
