"We had a lovely stay at Mikey’s 3-bed apartment in Rhyl. The place was clean, and well-equipped — perfect for a relaxing break. The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying morning coffee or the evening breeze. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. "We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"The property was a nice size and cute rustic build.We couldn't get warm however they heater provided wasn't very good luckily we had throws with us as there wasn't any provided for extra warmth. The smart TV was useless as it wasn't connected to the internet and despite accessing settings to input password it still didn't work and we had no ariel for even basic channels.The outside bathroom was freezing and had no sufficient light, to use shower.There was a smell in cabin and a layer of dust...

"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. "

"Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside.
