"This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience.
I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away.
My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"Conveniently placed in a shopping centre with free parking available. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and fine for an overnight stay. Plenty of options for breakfast and dinner nearby. Nice views of the nearby Marina.
The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Security is good - your keycard gets you through the door to your accommodation."

"At the arrival and going to our room there was only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel I asked at the reception to have 1of each brought to our room but it did not happened also the bathtub is either very badly stained or just not cleaned properly so we felt that we could not have a shower in it
The hotel bar was very good and staff very friendly the breakfast was very nice plenty of everything
Thank you we still enjoyed our stay"

"The hotel is not the olde worlde building shown on some sites, it is a modern motel style property with a Hungry Horse food area. There is very little within walking distance. It is very close to Bristol airport so on the flight path and has a busy road in front, so even though the garden is pleasant (furniture not brilliant) it is quite noisy. At the time we were there there was a construction site next door so that also added to the noise. Food is average but realistically priced."
