Hot Tub Use: If you'd like to use the hot tub (£60 per stay), please let us know in advance so we can ensure it’s cleaned, chlorinated, and ready for your arrival.

Quiet Hours: To respect our lovely neighbours and their young children, we kindly ask that the hot tub not be used late at night, especially with music.

Energy Use: Please turn off the hot tub when not in use.

No Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors.

No Pets: Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate dogs or other animals.
