Llanes is located in the east of Asturias in one of the touristic enclaves par excellence of the region. Area of great natural beauty and landscape, watered by beautiful white sandy beaches and cliffs.
The house is spread over two floors:
The ground floor is functionally distributed, as we enter on the right, a double room of 40 m2 divided into a rest area of 22m2 with large window and exit to the garden, to sleep a king size bed. Working room with desk and bathroom with shower 2.80 long.
In the area on the left large living room of 50m2 with large windows that give access to the terrace and views of the garden and the mountains.
The full kitchen of 18m2, is integrated in the dining room separated by glass.
Double fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, small appliance, storage furniture, crockery and cutlery.
A toilet on the ground floor and access stairs to the first floor.
