Gemma, Marc and Arthur would like to welcome you their beautifully furnished property. Ar Lan y Môr (meaning by the sea in Welsh) is ideally located for individuals, couples and families.

Cafes, restaurants, bars and the Machynys Golf and Country Club are all in walking distance.

Cot and highchair are available at no extra charge upon request.

Kitchen/Dining Area: A modern fully equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. Facilities include coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, grill, hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, cloths and Tea Towels are all provided.

Bedroom 1:
King size bed with under bed storage space, a triple wardrobe, with hanging and shelving space. A vanity table which can also be used as an office table. Hair dryer is provided.

Bedroom 2:
2 single divan beds, with under bed storage space (can be changed to a super king upon request). A triple wardrobe, with hanging and shelving space. Upon request, cot + cot mattress with cover and higher chair can be provided at no additional cost. Cot bed sheets are be provided.

Bathroom:
A modern bathroom with a nice P shaped bath and power shower.

Balcony:
Sit on your own private balcony watching the boats/swimmers/canoeists/paddle boards on the water.

Hallway:
Coat pegs, shoe boxes, and room for storage.
Guest access
2 free private parking spaces are available a the property.

Bike sheds are outside the property.
Other things to note
After making your booking, we will message you a link to our property brochure where we have listed our recommended places to eat and drink, and the places to visit in the area. The brochure will also include apartment information to help you settle in and make your stay a comfortable one.

The property is located a few hundred yards from the Millennium Coastal Path which gives you fantastic access to miles of space to run, cycle or even go for a relaxing coastal walk.

The path is ideal for exploring the surrounding area. If you enjoy cycling, a 20 min bike ride one way will take you to Burry Port Marina, whilst a 20min bike ride the other way will take you to the Machynys Llanelli Wetland Centre.

Bikes can be stored in the bike shed opposite.
