"The accommodation was very poor standard. The small bedroom had no electricity except for overhead light. Situation of bed meant no access to bedside table in that room. Really unfit for purpose The place felt grubby. Not enough crockery. No basics left eg milk bread washing up liquid. "The property was fun to stay in. However, it needed a good clean. The floors were very dirty, you would walk about and have black feet after. Crumbs and bits of food around the kitchen floor. Cupboards were sticky. From when the last person stopped (check out 11 am) and we weren’t allowed to check in till 16:00. I cannot see what was done to the property in this time. There was old happy birthday confetti on the floor. Also, there was washing left in the washing machine. The oven smelled of gas...

"The property was a great base for a short stay in Chester for a family of 5. We were no more than 15 minutes from some of the notable local attractions and amenities. The house itself suited our needs and was in a quiet neighbourhood. The house and rooms were of ample size to accommodate 2 adults and 3 children (all under 13)."

"Perfect for exploring Chester on foot and close to the station. Lovely comfy beds but the house itself was not as clean as I would have liked and there are a few maintenance issues but nothing to spoil the stay. We had a great week there. The size of the house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teenagers, not a huge amount of living space for a bigger group though."
