La Farella 60 - Apartment with balcony

Located in a quiet area, close to the centre and about 600 metres from the Port de Llançà beach. Outside balcony with views of the area where you can relax.

You go up stairs outside to get to the apartment which is all on one floor with access to the outside area. There is a lounge-dining room with sofa, TV, table, chairs and cupboards, with direct access to the balcony. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: fridge-freezer, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, tableware and washing machine.

1 double bedroom with a double bed, and 2 double bedrooms with two single beds. There is 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The balcony goes round the outside of the apartment and has outdoor furniture: table and chairs, to relax and read or have meals outside during your stay.

The apartment is located 600 metres from the port, from the beach and from the centre.
Llançà has an excellent selection of beaches and small coves, and great walking and cycling routes which pass through the unique scenery which is very characteristic of the area. It also offers a wide variety of activities for everyone, making the town an ideal destination for enjoying a break in the Costa Brava with family or friends or as a couple.
