Grifeu 9 - Apartment with panoramic sea views

Situated on the first floor, in the Grifeu area, 1000 metres from the beach. It has a large covered outdoor terrace ideal for a relaxing break.

The apartment has a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. 1 complete bathroom with bath and a separate WC and sink. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen and lounge-dining room area is very bright, with large French windows providing wonderful sea views. The kitchen is open and has all the necessary equipment. There is a small breakfast bar with stools which separates it from the dining room. Bright spacious lounge-dining room with table, armchairs, sofa-bed, TV, bookshelves and French windows leading to the terrace with outdoor furniture.

Communal utilities room with washing machine, shared with the downstairs apartment of the house. Pets not allowed.

La playa de Grifeu es una de las más importantes de la zona de Llançà. Ofrece un gran número de servicios a sus bañistas y también destaca por ser la única playa de arena fina y dorada de esta parte de la Costa Brava.

Desde Grifeu se puede acceder al camino de ronda que va hacia el Port de la Selva, ideal para hacer excursiones en familia descubriendo rincones escondidos de la Costa Brava.
