Mesmo com um calor insuportável o nosso quarto não tinha ar condicionado, e o quatro de outro casal tinha ar mas não funcionava e a recepção providenciou um ventilador. No mais, o pessoal é educado, o café da manhã é honesto e a localização é boa.

Hotel Park em Ljubljana
O Hotel é muito bem localizado: pode-se ir caminhando a todas as atrações turísticas da cidade. O staff é muito solícito e gentil. Mas... não atrase para o café da manhã: as 10h eles fecham o salão!

Schade, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt, aber am Wochenende ist er leicht auf der Straße zu finden. Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto nicht direkt erreichbar. Die Navigation führte uns im Kreis. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sauber, sie können mit einigen Hotels mit 4 * verglichen werden. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität. Lediglich die Kellner könnten leiser miteinander kommunizieren.

The staff here is very helpful and polite especially Arman! They let me checkout an hour later as my flight is later in the afternoon! I cannot find anything to complain about the place! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5 The room is a good size, bright, clean bathroom (the rain shower is amazing)! There is a mini fridge for drinks. The hotel is surrounded by residential buildings with lots of families around. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the bus station that go to the airport, Lake Bled and Postojna Cave. The town square is about 5 minute walk- honestly with what you see around you wouldn’t mind the walk. Quiet, Great value

Located just outside city center you can walk to most areas. The hotel will provide you with a parking permit for €10 a day. That is actually a really good deal. Our room was clean. It was nice. Sometimes it was a little noisy and the noise was coming from the outside not within the hotel. I would stay there again they were very nice and accommodating to me.

Etter innsjekk gikk vi inn på et rom som allerede var bebodd. Vi gikk ned for å påpeke dette, og fikk tildelt et bytt rom. Vi reagerte dog på at de ikke ba om unnskyldning, eller spurte om det gikk bra med oss eller de som var på rommet. Ved tildeling av nytt rom kom resepsjonisten kun med kommentar: vi får håpe at det ikke er noen på rommet deres nå. Vi syns dette var upassende og dårlig håndtert.

Front desk staff was incredibly unpleasant. It felt that they weren’t happy to have any guests at all. Good location, walking distance to train station and town centre. Room was decent, but nothing remarkable. Staff really ruined the experience during check in, check out and luggage storage.

As I already wrote to you a few days ago we changed the check-in time immediately. I'm very sorry that the receptionist who was at the reception in the afternoon did not show empathy towards the information you gave him. I talked to the employee as soon as he came to work and we renewed once again the standards of work at the reception. We really appreciate all the comments that our guests give us. Hotel molto carino e votato al green, posizione ottima a 5 minuti dal centro e non lontano dalle stazioni treno/pullman. Il problema x chi arriva in auto è che nella zona non ci sono parcheggi gratuiti. Quelli per strada stanno a 1,20 euro l'ora (max 4 ore x volta egratis dalle 19 alle 7) e i parchimetri accettano solo monete (o easy park). Consigliato

This hotel is nicely situated near a community park and elementary school. It has 12 stories and a top communal deck that houses 2 bee hives and of course honey combs. The rooms are modern and lean close to the small size. We are people of 5’5” size and the rooms feels a little tight. The view is sufficient as it overlooks the park the city with its’ many buildings. This hotel was several blocks away from the main bus and train station which if I walked it at my own pace, would be about 10-12 minutes. We took longer due to the pace of my older mother-in-law. Uber is not an option in Slovenia. The breakfast buffet was good with the many selections. There are many people in this hotel and the selections they have was perfect. It was 10💶 per person extra, which was not included in our checkout via Orbitz. We also had to pay the hotel/VAT tax for all the hotels we stayed at (just FYI). The amenities were sparse here besides the dining area such as for the breakfast and a la carte dining times. There was no pool or sauna that was recommended or seen in the hotel booklet. The front desk was a matter of fact with little to no smile. English was spoken fine with no issues. Overall, this is a fair option for the budget conscious person and who may not mind the lack of amenities the hotel provides.

Nice stay!
Great stay with nice staff! Clean rooms and a quite stay. Beds are a bit on the firm side and we miss a bar outside in the sun!

Good location, but no castle view
We arrived early (noon) for check in, and understandably, were told to come back as check in was at 3, as they had 115 people to check out/clean rooms. The staff person directed us to a parking ramp near by. He said it was less expensive than street parking (which had to be paid every 4 hours @ 1.4 euros/hour). We left our luggage (locked area), and came back at 3. A woman was at the desk, and she said our room wasn’t ready and we had to come back at 3:30 or 4…as they had 115 people to check out. At the same time, another staff person was negotiating a room rate with a walk-in, and they got a room right away. When another young couple came in (without a reservation), and were getting a room I started to complain. Bingo, our room magically was ready. Low and behold…not a cleaning person in site to ‘ready our room’. So…check in was not pleasant. I had booked a room with a ‘castle view’ over 6 months prior. See the photo of what the view was like lying in our bed, and the main view from our window of the building next door. We had to stand in the opposite corner of the room and stretch to see a view of the castle out our window. Take any other view but the castle one! Also, the parking ramp was $28 for 20 hours just FYI
