"Wir haben uns im IVivai sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und Modern, die Mitarbeitenden stets freundlich. Die Umgebung von Montemurlo ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Prato oder Florenz. Der Pool ist ausreichend geräumig und ringsrum mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt. Das Highlight war das Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und frischen Eierspeisen und Porridge a la Minute. "

"This lovely villa is the ideal venue for family gatherings. It is a wonderful location, in rural Tuscany close to Lucca with fantastic views. "Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist."

Matraia ist ein beschaulicher Ort und gleichzeitig gut für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Das Haus und der Garten sind liebevoll gestaltet und sehr großzügig. "We were awe stricken upon arrival. This home was even better in person. There was one morning when there were low clouds in the valley and we ate on the patio seemingly above the clouds. The views were spectacular. The drive to the home is typical, switchbacks, tight curves and elevation gain. The nights at the main house were cool and comfortable. The pool was always refreshing after our daily adventures. There is a bathroom by the pool for convenience too. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table...

"Ron was a very conscientious, caring and accommodating host, we were contacted personally shortly after booking, he gave us recommendations for the vacation as well as accurate directions before and during the vacation, which was great. The house was perfect for us and exactly as described in the ad, clean, with a great terrace and located in a really incredibly quiet place. We had a great stay, thanks again."

"Monica was the best, to start we wanted her to make us supper the 1st night but I got back to her late and she had already made plans to attend an olive oil festival at a hamlet a few miles from her Villa. She invited us to attend with her and it was the best way to start out our visit, when you watch tv and see Italy with everyone from the town eating together, it was exactly like that an 8 course meal with all the wine you could drink it was amazing. She was available for everything we needed...
