The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 2.50 m x 4.20 m 1.40 m deep).
