An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m). Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Ližnjan. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday apartment is located in Ližnjan, 2 km from Matićev-Pisak Beach and 2.9 km from Japnenica Beach, as well as 12 km from the Pula Amphitheatre. The accommodation is 1.9 km from Ližnjan Beach, and guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and private parking available on site. Access is via a side road. Parking in a carport.
