This house has TWO fully equipped kitchens. The main kitchen is large enough for the entire family to enjoy cooking on all Viking appliances for the perfect meals together. The gas stove is equipped with a pot filler faucet that allows you to dispense water directly from the faucet. The exquisite marble countertops give the kitchen a pop of elegance. The islands each give the kitchen a luxurious feel with a built-in microwave and a cooler for beverages.

The home is flanked on all sides with large windows, allowing every room to be awash in natural lighting. The large windows also allow for you and your company to enjoy the view of the robust, resort-style backyard and dreamy lake. If natural light isn’t your thing, you can also illuminate your activities with recessed lighting installed all throughout the home.
Looking for some fresh air outdoors? You can enjoy a meal on the terrace while basking in the sunset or watch the sunrise over the water in our pool/hot tub area. Please note the heated pool is an additional fee. Let your resident grill master craft savory meals in our full grilling area as everyone else enjoys cold drinks at the outdoor bar.

Pool is cleaned weekly but foliage can be found because of surrounding trees. By booking this property, you acknowledge that you are aware of this information.
**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.
Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.
Required Next Steps: After your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted via email and/or text to complete identity verification. This step is required and must be completed before your stay.
You will also be required to choose between two damage protection options: either pay a $500 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
