Lakefront 4 Bedroom Home on Conesus Lake

Conesus Lakefront House nestled between tree lines on both sides. Plenty of yard and space outside including a fire pit. Comfortable queen beds, dressers, nightstands and smart TVs in all four bedrooms. First floor living room is well equipped and over looks the lake. Kitchen has all modern appliances and conveniences you’d expect. Walkout living room with couches, smart tvand wet bar. Laundry room in ground level. Linens and towels are provided. Off street driveway with room for six large vehicles. Large deck with two dining tables with service for 10. Plenty of lounge chairs and patio furniture. Paddle boat, kayaks and an aluminum hoist able to hold a 21' boat.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The bedroom on the main floor was ideal for my older parents, as they could access the kitchen, bathroom and deck. Each floor has a full bathroom which was great!

Wonderful lake getaway

Excellent communication from the host and seamless check in. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We took out the old paddle boat, canoe and kayaks. The driveway and lot easily accommodated 5 cats for our older kids who came and went during the week. Nice fire pit for s’mores at sunset. Close to the north end for restaurants, mini golf, ice cream etc.

Enjoyed our stay. House accommodated 4 adults and 2 children with bedrooms that are available. Also plenty of TVs with all bedrooms and living areas having one. Bathrooms/bedrooms were clean. Common areas clean though when we moved furniture to get toys that had gone under, I had to sweep bc of the amount of dirt/crumbs/dead insects that were there (both levels) Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen/plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, utensils, bowlsEnough towels both bath and kitchen. However, no hot pads or potholdersJust a few minor issues:*Remote for downstairs tv was missing. Contacted host and he responded quickly and then resolved the problem within a couple days*Drawer in refrigerator was cracked down the front which I reported upon arrival. Still usable but difficult to move in/out*Cushions to outside furniture need replacing due to being worn/dirty/torn*No umbrella for outside table on deck. Thankful we brought ours*On Thursday am of our week , dishwasher popped open while on drying cycle and we couldn’t get it to close. Notified owner via vrbo, but no response * Would suggest that the trash/recycling schedule be posted in the house as we had didn’t take it out/not realizing until early Friday am that we should have asked when pickup wasOverall a decent stay!

Great location, close to everything!

The property was perfect for our family vacation, just around the corner from town, close to the marina. The deck gets shade all day long, so makes the hot days enjoyable.

Great family vacation!

Our family vacation here was absolutely perfect. The house is beautiful, Very well equipped, the patio upstairs was perfect place to have our morning coffee and our evening cocktails. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, and our family bonfires were the perfect way to end the evening.

Best sunsets

Love the grill on the deck. Great comfy furniture to sun and watch the sunsets every night. Were able to bring our 2 Labradors who were invited next door to play & swim with Lucy, the neighbor's Lab. This was our second stay here. We had great weather and we love this Lake! No need to go anywhere, just relaxed in the peaceful setting.

Great location

Location of cottage and lake are great. Plenty of outdoor activities available, which was awesome. Deck railings are very loose and need to be fixed before someone gets hurt. Could use a good cleaning. Overall great cottage and place for vacation. Thank you!

Wonderfully quiet and private

Despite cottage not being as clean as I expected, owner promptly dealt with my concerns resolving all by Tues morning. Property is sheltered on both sides by both yard and trees making it very private. Water front is well equipped and we truely enjoyed our stay!

Fun-filled family vacation

Had a wonderful time at this property. Son trained for 1/2 Iron Man, running, biking around lake and swimming! Daughter brought up our new grandchild of 5 months, thoroughly enjoyed! Owner Chris was always very quick to get back to us with any questions or issues we had.

Very enjoyable stay!

The property was exactly as described and offered amenities like towels, linens and cleaning products as well. We enjoyed the paddleboat and fires every evening. Beautiful sunsets! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

Beautiful Lake Vacation

We would definitely recommend renting this house. The owner Chris and the Property Manager Jake were so kind and extremely hospitable. They helped with any need we had. The house was in the perfect location of the lake with tons of privacy and all the necessities of a lake vacation at your disposal. The bathrooms were impeccably clean and the beds were clean, comfortable and inviting. To me that is the most important thing on a vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with all your needs. We could have used one more A/C unit in the Living room. But two out of three bedrooms have a/c units so sleeping was very comfortable. Plus it accepts dogs and if you are like us our dogs are part of our family and going on vacation without them is very difficult. We were very happy and would happily rent here again. Thank you Chris and Jake for a wonderful vacation!

The house was extremely clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located on the lake.

I would definitely recommend this property and will look forward to staying here again. It was clean, comfortable and had all the modern conveniences you would want. It was just a short drive down East Lake Rd. making it very convenient to Lakeville and major roads for easy accessibility. The renting was easy to deal with and the property manager, Jake Graham very accommodating. I would definitely rent here again.

great location

This was a family vacation. Everything was there for the kids to enjoy. Kayaks and a canoe were provided, they could fish and swim from the dock. House was very nice. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to questions.
