Downstairs includes an open-concept kitchen, dining niche and family room as well as a bedroom and full bath, which includes a full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs includes the master bedroom with ensuite master bath and two other bedrooms which share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom as well as a loft/entertainment area.

Downstairs:
Family Room: Large sectional sofa with room for 8 with additional portable seating for additional guests. 65" Smart TV with basic cable and access to apps such as Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime

Kitchen: Modern kitchen with full suite of modern appliances and full stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

Dining: Dining table set up to seat 6, but expands on both ends to seat up to 10. Additional seating available for two at the bar.

Master (Bedroom #1): King size bed with 40" Smart TV. Bedroom has large window with direct views of the lake. The spacious en suite bathroom includes a custom walk-in shower, full size tub and double vanity.

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed with 40" Smart TV. Similar to the master bedroom, this bedroom also includes a large window with beautiful views of the lake (and sunrise depending on the time of year). This bedroom attaches directly to the Jack & Jill bathroom.

Bedroom #3: Unique triple-decker bunk bed with queen (bottom), full (middle) and twin beds. This bedroom also includes a unique enclosed ceiling fan and also attaches directly to the Jack & Jill bathroom.

Bathroom: Jack and Jill bathroom with double access to sink and vanity. Additional door allows for private access to shower/toilet.

Loft: Pull-out sofa with 50" Smart TV with classic video game consoles.

Minibar: Fridge, sink and microwave enclosed by doors right off of the loft.

Outside:
The downstairs porch is completely covered and can be accessed from both sides of the yard as well as from the house via a sliding glass door. There is a centrally located staircase that leads directly to the back lawn and the water and a spiral staircase that leads to the upper deck. The main dining table can comfortably seat 6 with additional seating and ottomans available for additional guests. There is also a 6-burner propane grill available to all guests. This is the most likely the primary deck that will be used due the easy access to the house and yard and also includes access to a custom finished, climate controlled half-bath...the poop deck!

The upstairs deck offers some of the best views on the lake and is the ideal place to watch the sun rise and set or just sit and take in the beautiful lake views. Basic seating is offered upstairs. This deck can be accessed from below via a spiral staircase or from inside via a sliding glass door from the loft area.

The dock/boat house has plenty of room with both portable and bench seating for the entire party and includes electric boat and jet-ski lifts. Various life jackets are available upon requested. This is a great place to hang out, relax, swim, float or jump from the rope swing into the lake.
