Just minutes away, Sacajawea Park features a farmers' market, festivals, a scenic pond, and access to the Yellowstone River. G Street Park, with its splash pad, is also within walking distance. Stroll downtown to explore an array of artsy shops, local eateries, cozy coffee shops, vibrant galleries, and delightful thrift and antique stores.

Comfort and Convenience Await! The primary bedroom features a queen bed and an attached full bath (shower only), ensuring a restful night. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a desk space for those who need to tackle work tasks while on vacation. The living room is perfect for relaxation, complete with a large couch, smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an assortment of games and cards to keep you entertained. Note that the bathroom for the house is located within the primary first bedroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including dishes, bakeware, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, and serving ware. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are located in the basement.

We provide all necessary personal amenities for your stay, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergents, and paper goods. Just bring your sense of adventure, your clothing, and good manners! For families traveling with little ones, we offer a pack-and-play and a high chair.

Outdoor Bliss! The fully fenced backyard is your private oasis, complete with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs—perfect for summer evenings filled with cocktails and yard games. We welcome well-behaved pets for a fee, provided you disclose their presence prior to arrival. Please remember to pick up after your pet and do not leave them unattended unless kenneled if they tend to be anxious.

Enjoy the ease of contactless self-check-in with the keypad at the front door. You’ll have access to the entire home and fenced yard, as well as the basement laundry facilities.

Safe, Serene, and Centrally Located! Our home offers a tranquil retreat while being within walking distance—just 1 to 2 blocks in any direction—to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and more! Located on the south and east side of town, a car is recommended for exploring the broader Montana area, but within town, you can easily walk or ride bikes to most attractions. We provide two Electra Cruiser Bikes for your enjoyment—our favorite way to navigate the charming streets of Livingston.
