"Hotel is in terrible condition. Beds are clean bu bathroom amenities are minimal. Hooks falling off wall. Shelves falling apart. No hairdryer- had to get it at check in desk. One person at front desk seemingly responsible for everything. "Free Breakfast " was awful- cold cereal- Ran out of coffee.( Macdonald's is next door). Expedia should not be listing this hotel. It's a rip off."

"Very lovely apartment. The bed is very hard so be prepared if you aren’t used to hard beds. The pillows were great! We enjoyed being downtown so we could walk everywhere. Livingston has some really nice shops. When we had questions we got responses very quick. The apartment was well stocked. Absolutely loved it"

"First thing is it smells like sh#t there, so that was our first red flag. Uncomfortable bed. Pictures show access to a loft with beds with a ladder leading to the loft, but we arrived the ladder had been removed, so there was no access to the loft, so false advertising. The was no iron. What kind of motel doesn't have an iron? I had to go to my son's college graduation in a wrinkly dress. F-"

"Very impressed with property and property management's communication. Everything was clean and comfortable. All ammenties that I needed were there! Plus the views were gorgeous. Quick drive to Chico Hot Springs. Highly recommend."
