"The pool was freezing cold. When you were in your room you could hear absolutely everything going on outside of your room. The shampoo and body wash inside the room were enough for one person one time use. Definitely not enough for 3 people staying there. The beds were super uncomfortable. The only thing this hotel had that was good was their breakfast."

"I have stayed here twice, but will not be staying here again. I get a not-so-subtle signal that I am not the kind of customer you are looking for. Both times I stayed here the TV in the lobby and the TV in the breakfast room were tuned to FOX. With such a divided country, it isn’t difficult to see what this franchisee, or the Wyndham Corp itself, is trying to say. I’ll be interested to see if other Wyndham locations so the same."

"The deposit double $50 to $100.00 their deposit refund policy is non—ist or hard to find my wife started her menstrual cycle while we were at the property and had an accident with one of the Towels which happened to be one of the towels that we had brought from home and left it in the floor with the other towels of the bathroom floor they kept our deposit Wife cleaned the room when we got there and cleaned the room when we left there was no damage. "The TV channels and reception were terrible. All analog. There were lower channels that looked like they were working off a set of Tin Foil antennas. Really need to fix this."

"We have been staying at this hotel at least twice a year for 8 years. The staff are always welcoming, kind and helpful. My complaint is that new ownership (we were told this by staff) has taken over and the cost of the rooms went up significantly. The cost has outpaced the return and sadly — we will find another place to stay in the future. This is not a reflection on the staff — they are and have always been great."

"Good location. Close to the convention center if you have a need to be there. Because of this, however, I suspect large groups are always at this hotel. When we arrived, there was a USA gymnastics event in town. The lobby was overrun with girls, parents and noise all evening. Our room was fairly quiet though. Updates needed for sticky doors and loose outlets/ports. Overall 4/5"
