Chalet 'Ice Villa Genf with Spa' with Mountain View, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Chalet Ice is located within Villa Genf Mountain Apartments & Spa, which stands in the Livigno landscape in the early 1900s and reflects in every aspect the ideal of Livigno's historic stone and wood-clad chalet.

Its name "Genf" comes from "Ginevra," daughter of the first buyer.

The two-year renovation, completed in 2022, sought to put the finishing touches on the renovation of this historic dwelling, refining the functionality of the rooms and the interior design, while preserving the wooden and stony materials of the exterior. The villa's spaces feature fine finishes and elegant tones, such as black marble and ivory glitter. Completing the lodge are Relaxation Areas for total regeneration of body and mind.

In addition, Villa Genf boasts a prominent location: elevated and panoramic. You can walk from the doorway and take countless mountain trails or the Livigno bike path, which, shielded from traffic, will take you to the town center in total tranquility.

By reaching the Palipert ski lift, about 500 metres away, you can access the entire Carosello 3000 ski area directly on skis or by bus. Cross-country skiers, on the other hand, can access the dedicated ring, right in front of the villa.

Near the Villa, there are two typical Livigno culinary stops, Cusini Dolce & Salato, ideal for fantastic breakfasts or snacks, and Rosticceria Campestre for ready meals or basic groceries.

Chalet Ice is a detached dwelling created from the renovation of the former stable and barn.

Equipped to comfortably accommodate 4 guests, it is the most spacious and private option as well as having access to a private spa.

Ice is spread over 4 floors, all connected directly by elevator. On the main floor there is a large open-space living room, dining area and kitchen with island. The upper two levels are followed by 2 master suites, individually developed on each floor with their own attached open-view ensuite bathroom and balcony.

Chalet Ice also has direct access to the Spa and Relaxation Area. An area completely dedicated to wellness, with exclusive wellness services:
