Welcome to our beautiful 8-person maisonette, located in the coastal town of Hoylake. Our spacious property boasts a living & dining room, three spacious bedrooms and a garden bar hut, making it the perfect destination for families and groups if friends. With vast sea views just a few steps away and easy access to Liverpool city centre and Royal Liverpool Golf Club.

Our modern Edwardian maisonette features three spacious, beautifully decorated, light and bright modern bedrooms - a twin room, and two large bedrooms with king sized beds - as well as two single day beds. The spacious and luxurious living room provides ample space for socialising & has a largen dining table, while the new kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances.



Upon entering, guests are greeted by high ceilings and a spacious layout, offering the perfect setting for a luxurious and comfortable stay. You'll find a large living/dining room, a family bathroom which includes a bath, shower and separate W/C, a modern shower room, a separate utility area with both a washer and dryer unit. Bedroom wise there is a twin bedroom & two spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds & single day beds. The property also features a garden bar, the perfect focal point to bring people together and create lasting memories. Plus, with the ability to customise the bar stocks to your liking, you can make it truly your own and reflect your groups taste.



You'll find plentiful free parking within the quiet residential area. Hoylake itself is a charming town with stunning sea views, just a 3-minute walk from the property. And with easy access to Liverpool, you'll have plenty of luxury, comfort, and convenience at our beautiful Hoylake property.



Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.
