The space
A beautiful 4 storey Georgian Townhouse set within the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool city centre.

This fabulous home sleeps from 4 to 29 and is ideal for large groups visiting Liverpool. We welcome Stag and Hen groups.

The house is in the heart of the city centre and only 15 mins from Liverpool and Everton FC.

All of the city attractions including the famous nightlife is within easy walking distance so there is no need to worry about taxis. Concert Square is the heart of Liverpool Nightlife and is only a 10 min walk

Once you step outside the house you find cobbled streets and stunning architecture all around. Popular as a location for TV and Movie makers, The Georgian Quarter also hosts Liverpool’s two Catherdrals. They are linked by the aptly named Hope Street which offers an array of traditional pubs, contemporary Brassieres and fine dining restaurants.

The house itself has a large kitchen with all of the usual appliances. The bedrooms are spacious and bright. There is a good size lounge with TV and a wifi docking station from which you can play your music. There are 2 family bathrooms and 3 shower rooms as well as a ground floor WC. There is also a lovely south facing rear garden to relax in. The beds are ‘Hilton’ standard with fine Egyptian cotton bedding. Our guests often comment on the comfort of the beds.

Please note that this house is in a quiet residential area and is not a party venue however it is a perfect base for your visit to Liverpool. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially of an evening and no partying or load music to be played in or outside the property after 9pm.

Unauthorised guests including adult entertainers are not permitted at the property.
Guest access
For parties 16 + up to 21 guests you have the entire main house.
There is also a self contained basement apartment which can be included for parties over 22 up to 29. ( 29 guests if you don't mind 2 temporary beds)
Other things to note
The famous Liverpool waterfront with the Albert Dock, Beatles Museum and The Three Graces is also within easy walking distance
