Tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment of 45m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. We are located on the sixth floor via a lift.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight, brightening the space and making it even more inviting.

The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious meals, such as an electric hob, an oven, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe for your clothing and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains everything you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the vibrant city of Liverpool. Some of the city's top attractions are nearby, including the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool, Anfield, and the magnificent Liverpool Cathedral. There are excellent restaurants and bars for dining and entertainment options, such as The Richard John Blackler - JD Wetherspoon, Panoramic 34, and The Shipping Forecast. With its great location, visitors can easily immerse themselves in Liverpool's rich culture and history.

It is conveniently located in Liverpool, with several stations nearby. Liverpool Lime Street station is only 1.2 km away, James Street station is 1.6 km away, and Hamilton Square station is 3.5 km away. This prime location ensures easy access to public transportation for commuting or exploring the city.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
