"This is a stellar location in Fort Collins - quiet and safe but a short walk to everything you need or want in Old Town and beyond. Historic neighborhood, very pretty. Communication was a breeze and the unit had 2 split AC units keeping it nice and cool even in a heat wave. Easy recommendation if you want a taste of Fort Collins."

"Fantastic location, beautiful property, well-furnished and appointed. Came to town to hang out with our student and wanted a little more space than a hotel room. This converted carriage house was perfect for our needs - walking distance to old town’s shops and restaurants, and close to campus and the Mason running trail. The spiral staircase to the bedrooms (and the downstairs bathroom) might make it a less great pick for anyone with mobility issues or small kids, but for us it was fabulous!"
