"First time visiting Fort Collins and we were happy with this place and the location. Plenty of room for 4 adults, nice kitchen, comfy beds. Garage was nice to dry our boots and waders and the fishing was great on the Poudre. Only thing needed was a tea kettle."

"We have rented this property to spend weekend in Fort Collins while our daughter had graduation ceremony at CSU. We have appreciated that the house was just a short drive to campus and there is close proximity of shops - walking distance to Walgreens and Safeway and short drive to Walmart. House is a bit older and dated but it has its charm. We have enjoyed nice backyard which was ideal to relax or play various sports (sport equipment and various stuff for children was a pleasant surprise)....

"The cabin was nice and homey. Karen and Al were so friendly and were the first thing we were greated by after a 12 hour drive. Karen was very helpful over the phone answering any questions I had.
