"Staff were very kind and helpful. My room and the common areas were very clean. Breakfast has a good amount of variety and was replenished frequently. The 24/7 complimentary tea and coffee service in the lobby was a nice bonus. I also enjoyed the small gym and cold filtered water. Only complaint I had was of the 3 days I spent here, 2 of them had the pool and hot tub completely shut down for cleaning. I was looking forward to it given I stayed during a winter snow storm and had limited options...

"All the staff we interacted with was great. Their customer service was exceptional. The included breakfast had a decent variety. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the rooms had brighter lighting but that is me being picky. Also, the utensils in the kitchenette looked like they needed another cleaning - maybe they were sitting there for too long since their last wash. A sponge was provided but no dish soap, only dishwasher pods."

Localização excelente ao lado do hotel da Torre de Vigia das Testemunhas de Jeová, portanto muito bem localizado para visitar Warwick, Patterson e Walkill, aliás esse hotel é idêntico em estrutura ao hotel da Torre de Vigia (JW). Tudo de muito bom gosto, ficaremos novamente lá em breve!"
