Bring the whole family to this lakefront getaway packed with fun! Sleeps 7 with bunk beds for the kids and comfy spaces for parents. Play ping pong, cornhole, and board games or kayak off the dock. Fire up the rooftop grill, roast marshmallows by the fire pit, or relax in the hammock. Pet-friendly, with a full kitchen, smart TVs, washer/dryer, and boat tie-ups. A ski boat lift and jetski lift are also available. Your perfect family escape!

THE PROPERTY:
Welcome to this 3-bedroom, 2-bath lakefront home with plenty of space for fun and relaxation—indoors and out!

Main Floor:

Enter from Lakeside into the living room with a cozy couch, chairs, fireplace, and smart TV

Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for 4

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (2 twins) + lofted twin, dresser, desk, and monitor (sleeps 3)

Master Bedroom: King bed, desk, large TV (sleeps 2)

Master Bath: Full bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet

Bathroom 2: Shower, sink, another door that goes to another sink

Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer

Outdoor Spaces:

Front deck with seating for 9 and outdoor dining table for 6

Walk ~100 yards to the dock via a scenic path past the fire pit

Dock includes: fridge, bar seating, lounge area, hammock, tie-ups on both sides, ski boat lift and jetski lift are also available.

14 stairs up to the rooftop deck with a grill, table for 6, bar table with 4 stools, and string lighting for evening ambiance

Located at Mile Marker 7 with ~4 ft water depth

Full access of the house except from some Owner's cabinet.

Boats are privately owned boats and are not part of rental.

We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags and dish soap. Basically enough to last a few days.

Please let us know that everything is functioning and in great condition upon arrival, otherwise we will consider the property in great shape.

Beautifully appointed home with a wide spacious backyard and perfect dock. We really enjoyed our stay - especially floating in the lake just off the dock, fishing, and evening campfires.

Beautiful and cozy!

We treated my fiancé’s nephew to a birthday at the lake. All of the children had an amazing time, there are beautiful flowers all around the property, and the home was also very beautiful and quite cozy. So many fun things to do and so many different seating areas to choose from! We had an outstanding time and would highly recommend this home.

Enjoyable Lake Gaston Stay for MDW

I came with my grandmother, who has some mobility limitations, and had a lovely time. The house being one level and not needing to take steps to get down to the dock was a plus and the main reason I chose this property so she could get around. The home itself is relatively secluded down a gravel path, which is nice. The interior design is well done. There are a few sliding doors throughout, so while noise and privacy wasn't a concern with just the two of us, that is something to be aware of if you want privacy or a quiet room and have more than two people staying. Because pets are allowed, there could potentially be remnants of pet hair, so if you have severe allergies, that may be something to be mindful of. If you only stay at the house, there are plenty of things to do. There's a few board games and cards provided (we didn't play any but they're there if you want to play). I took advantage of using the kayak, which was a lot of fun (life jackets are available too). There's definitely a lot of options for outdoor entertainment and no shortage of outdoor space. Be prepared to encounter a lot of spider webs (both indoors and outdoors) if there early in the season like we were and don't forget to pack repellent if you need it. Overall, I would stay here again.
