The house is very comfortable. But the best part is the view - it’s not to be missed. We ate every meal, drank our coffee and evening cocktail on the expansive deck. We can’t wait to come back. "Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!"

"The house is better than it’s pictures!"

"The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"

"Imagine waking up to the sun peeking through your window while you hear dozens of birds say good morning - your first cup of coffee on the all-weather porch and the second on the second floor porch of the beach house across the way. Everything you need is right here! Evenings spent lounging the Adirondack chairs surrounding the small fire pit, watching fireflies and listening to the loons call to each other across the lake. Then inside for dinner and movie followed by a comfortable night's...

"This property is legitimately on a beautiful lake. You can take a short walk down to a beach and use the free charcoal grills and go for a swim if you'd like. The hose itself is very spacious, including a large deck that overlooks the lake. The house could have used a bit more cleaning, definitely not sparkling clean, but it wasn't too bad."

"The house was exactly as advertised on site. It is very well maintained and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was more than warm enough. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Highly recommend when visiting the area."

"Eight of us rode the Kanc and used this house as basecamp, we each ranked it five out of five stars. The living room is awesome and with the windows open the sound of the raging river was the icing on the cake. Kitchen and peninsula made socializing while cooking a breeze. The deck and Adirondack style chairs were the perfect place to relax and hang out after our big ride. Clean, fun layout, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will be back!"
