"Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful."

"We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. "Decent budget-friend hotel though you pay a slight premium for being right on the seafront. They have a parking garage on a first come first serve basis for £8 per 24 hours, though it’s incredibly tight so big cars may struggle. There is lots of paid street parking (£0.95 per 30 minutes) that can often have you parked right outside the hotel if you time it right that runs from 9am to 6pm; max stay 4 hours during those times so it’s good for free overnight if you time it right."

"There was nowhere to eat. We walked into the hotel restaurant at around 6pm. The restaurant was almost empty, but were told they can’t serve us as we didn’t have a reservation. We asked if we can get room service we weee told no. We asked if we can eat at the outside terrace bar, we were told that was closed. We told staff repeatedly the restaurant next door on the promaenade was no longer serving dinner and we would like to have dinner at the restaurant. We were told we should walk around 10...

"Cozy hotel with very sympathetic and welcoming staff. It feels very much like home. The rooms are fine and clean. Their restaurant has a menu with good options for lunch and dinner. It does not have a lift, so, if carrying heavy luggage, it might be a little effort. The curtains in the bathroom could be a little thicker to make the shower experience more pleasant. Otherwise, I only have compliments on the quality of the premises, the service and the personnel. "
