The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped.
