"What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring. Had a super stay - thank you."

"This is a good base . Very comfortable, well appointed and has the addition of a great hot tub nicely tucked away at the rear. We felt the fridge facilities was inadequate as it was too small and made difficult to keep enough product chilled. Good sized bathroom but shower not 4*.Bed very comfortable ,heating adequate. The couple that own the bungalow are very nice and will always help out if needed."

"We stayed in the Tern cottage for a week with our toddler and baby and had an amazing time. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need for a family week away, is very spacious, and furnished to a high standard. The garden was perfect both for our dog and for BBQs. The indoor pool was a real highlight which we used everyday. The cottage is perfectly located in the centre of North Norfolk so you can get to most popular locations within 30-40 minutes maximum. This was the higher...

"The cottage was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, games room and tennis courts which were on site. "Staying in woodpecker was relaxing and enjoyable. Having access to a games room and pool for my kids was amazing. If they had their way, they would’ve been in the pool every day for many hours. It was lovely being able to have the pool to ourselves so it did not restrict us by impeding on anyone else else’s Swim. As we are all keen swimmers for us more access to the pool for longer periods would have made it fantastic for us and we weren’t aware at the time of booking that it was bookable...

"Fantastic stay in Swallow Cottage! Clean, had lovely furnishings, and well equipped with everything we needed - particularly the kitchen. Our entire family absolutely loved the pool, which was always spotless and perfect temperature. My son looked forward to swimming in the bubbles (the water jet) at each swim session!
Outdoor area was great as well, as we could sit on the patio and see our son playing on the swings and slide from afar. We all enjoyed watching the rabbits come out in the...
