"My stay at this hotel was below expectations. The carpet in the room was not clean, which compromised the overall comfort. I also noticed that the reception desk was often left unattended, creating a lack of security since anyone could access the property without control. The parking area did not feel safe either, as there were people consuming alcohol and other substances inside their vehicles. This environment made me uncomfortable during my stay. I believe the hotel could significantly improve by focusing on cleanliness, guest safety, and better monitoring of its facilities."
