The Space:

*2nd floor(must climb stairs).

* Studio with 2 queen beds

*close to the beach, restaurants, shopping mall, golf and all attractions.



Guest Access:

*Outdoor pool. Indoor pool.

*Grilling area.

*Free parking.

*Pool key available in the kitchen drawer. In case for loss of the key there is a $100 fee.

*No mailbox for this location.

* Small kitchenette area (condiments are not included)

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*house is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.
