A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool."

"We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage, and we thought the rooms looked very nice. We had an issue with the cottage being warm most of the night as well as the TV not working properly. We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. "It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. We woke up sick every morning from breathing in the nasty air all night. "Unfortunately, this location was not great. After traveling for hours from IL we wanted to kick back, but we spent the entire evening trying to book another villa. There was a strong moldy smell as you walked in. Sand was on the chair, floor, & stove. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a hole in it where anything can crawl in. The ceiling also had water damage & it was exposed and moldy. The faucet in the bathroom was super loose so when you went to wash your hands the whole thing moved....

"Very unique property. Staff at desk not very welcoming. On property shop not well stocked. Bar staff Jay and Lisa were very nice and staff at evening bar were very accommodating. Bell staff didn’t offer to take our bags into room which was strange. Food was good. Great views from room and room was well appointed."

"The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that."

"Bare minimum, tight wade, 1 roll of TP, 5 sheets of paper towel. Needed a good cleaning or maid to come and really get it up to par. It was like I stayed at a friend's house and they gave me thier sons room to sleep in. So weird."
