Guest will access the entire house, back yard, and pergola. The garage is not available for guest use.

While having a car is recommended for getting around, transportation options such as Uber, Lyft, and rental cars are also available.

We welcome pets and love our furry guests! Please ensure pets are well-behaved and house-trained. For the comfort of all guests, kindly clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. Pets are allowed with prior approval for an additional fee for extra cleaning or any pet-related damages. Thank you for your understanding!

To remain respectful of our neighbors and community:

Maximum guest count must be disclosed and approved in advance

Strict quiet hours apply at all times, including daytime hours

No loud music, DJs, or amplified sound

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles only (2 driveway + 2 curbside directly in front of the home)

No parking in neighbors’ yards, driveways, sidewalks, or shared areas

Additional vehicles must be coordinated in advance so we can provide approved overflow options and notify neighbors if needed

Unapproved events, excessive guests, parking violations, or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning or enforcement charges.
