"Stunning designed room sad I was only there for 1 night"

"Perfect hotel"

"The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. A member of staff...

"Very helpful staff and excellent food."

"We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

"Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast"

"Gostámos tudo!"

"Easy parking at the front of the hotel, friendly welcome. Loved that the check in was after 2pm! Room was an Exec Patio king which was on the ground floor of the new wing, overlooking the front. Very clean, with toiletries, iron ironing board, coffee machine, kettle, simple but good storage for a couple of nights stay. Shelving for own toiletries in bathroom and great mirrors/lighting. Hairdryer, smart tv. Comfortable bed and pillows, usb ports beside bed, blackout curtains, and patio door with...

"The room standards were not great, as the rooms appeared old by hotel standards. The heating systems were exposed, and a portable air conditioner had been added to the room, which did not give it the feel of a proper hotel room. The supposedly white dressing gowns provided were visibly used, although they had been washed. One of them was also very old and discoloured into brown, so I could not use it. On my first morning, I was also disappointed with the breakfast experience. Some food items...

"The food was amazing ,the staff were always helpful ,the rooms were clean and tidy an excellent hotel over all we came when the storms were on and we stayed in in the evening the entertainment was great fabulous stay overall will definitely come back again"

"Staff very friendly, remembered us from a previous visit, very helpful and informative about things going on in the local area and how to get there"

"Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods,"

"Nice rooms & fantastic location"

"Friendly staff, beautiful clean room"

"Hotel bom. Quarto confortável, limpo e amplo! Banheiro ok, com água quente e limpo. Tem estacionamento amplo incluso. Café da manhã muito bom!! Atendimento ok. Um comentário: No checkin a recepção queria saber de onde eu tava vindo e pra onde iria. Achei invasivo e desnecessário. "

"The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...
