"My friend's statement about sums up this property: "For $350 a night, this is a bit janky." Let me prephace this review by saying that there is nothing objectively wrong with this hotel, but I wouldn't say that it is good value for money. For the $350 we paid a night, there were multiple electrical outlets in the room that only had one screw, or were otherwise loose/coming out of the wall. "Overall, our stay was okay. The hotel is new and well-maintained, which made a good first impression. The room had a nice amount of space, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept well. "We stayed at this property ahead of moving our son into his university dorm. It was a perfect location, easy to get everywhere and a grocery store only a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room to store our things and we really appreciated the covered car port. The house was very clean and the owners responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again. My only suggestion to future guests would be to bring some sugar packets if you like it in your coffee :)"

"What i like about this place: the price for a room with a private bathroom, a fridge and microwave. What I did not like is that the walls are thin like paper and you can hear your neighboors as if they were on your room. Plan ear plugs and go out to explore the city."
