"Our family enjoyed a perfect week at this property. It was plenty spacious for our family of 4, with a well-stocked kitchen. The terrace was bright and felt very private. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with access to everything you would need. It is an ideal location from which to explore both Russafa and the Old City, and the short walk to both the train station and metro made it easy to get anywhere in Valencia in less than 30 minutes. "The apartment was absolutely lovely.Very, very clean and spacious. Everything you could need was there, from large fluffy towels, a full kitchen and everything else in between! Our host Matias was amazing so very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Highly recommend this wonderful well situated apartment again."

"Despite being on the first floor, you are not disappointed: you can still enjoy the view of the beach and the proximity of restaurants and bars didn't create too much noise If you open the windows, you'll get a very nice breeze, enough to avoid using A/C if that's your thing. Two odd things: only one (1) shower for a room that sleeps 7 and parking, while plentiful, you have to pay an extra nightly."

"Hotel confortável, limpo, silencioso, recepção gentil, mas o acesso não é tão fácil porque é na estrada. Por sorte, levamos o GPS e estávamos de carro, o que facilitou encontrarmos o hotel. Há um restaurante que funciona 24 horas, mas para quem não chega de carro acho que dificulta um pouco. Outra questão é que o estacionamento é gratuito mas depois de um determinado horário eles trancam o portão. "

"Pontos positivos: atendimento excelente na portaria, apartamento espaçoso e localização boa. Pontos negativos: o ralo do chuveiro não dá conta de escoar a água, o banho precisa ser com a ducha fraca. Mas o pior foi a falta de educação dos vizinhos. Ficamos no apto 71 e os que moram no 72 são absolutamente mal educados, fazem barulho até a madrugada, derrubam coisas, falam alto. Um absurdo."
