The property manager was really good to communicate with and allowed us to check in early meaning no one was there prior to our stay. Only thing that I thought was ridiculous is they have a nice on site parking spot behind the unit but they charge you $20 a day for it meanwhile the city parking lot next to the unit was $10 a day. We thought there were beach tags in the apartment but there were NOT. This was a last minute booking for us so we knew we were going to pay more but otherwise I wouldn't book this based on the price."

"This was a lovely guest suite in a beautiful home. It is extremely spacious. It has two dining room rooms a large bedroom, and a living room area. However, it does not actually have a kitchen. This was not a problem for us because we weren’t planning to cook, but it should be noted.
