"I was surprised by the state of our room considering we have stayed here before and it was great last time. This time however, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE. On the floor, in the shower, on some of the towels. Considering we both have extremely low cut hair (buzzed), we knew it wasn’t from us. Other than that, it was okay. The view of the ocean was nice. "

"Great location. ECHO food was very good. Staff courteous. Cleanliness was excellent. We were in the historic building and the room was very small. The issue we had was the room location inches from the side entrance stairwell. This made it very noisy often at night."

"as a 72 yr old woman, my opinion: everything was excellent, but: the door to our room was too heavy( unsafe for walker, or small child could be pinned in door. bathroom door, is sliding heavy barn style: if you hold the handle to close or open, you can whack fingers. unsafe for anyone, especially elderly and young child. this is serious issue and should be addressed."
