• No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind • No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the home OR directly outside near entry points, windows, or doors — any smoke or cannabis odor detected inside the property, or any physical evidence of smoking found on the property (including but not limited to cigarette butts, ash, wrappers, or related debris), is subject to a $750 deep cleaning fee, regardless of where it originated • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM — please be mindful of the neighborhood • Exterior security cameras are active at all entry points and disclosed per booking app policy • Fireplace is decorative only — please do not attempt to light or operate it. Doing so will trigger the heat detector and may require emergency response
